Moreng Metal Products’ dedicated welding department employs more than 20 of the area’s top welding technicians, all of whom work in lockstep with our other production departments to ensure outstanding results.
Whether your project requires metal inert gas (MIG) welding, tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, or the more cost-effective resistance-spot welding, our welding experts can handle even the complex welding projects. Our skilled technicians work with a range of metal products, including stainless steel, aluminum, hot-rolled steel, and cold-rolled steel. All of our welding professionals are certified with the American Welding Society (AWS) under D1.6/D1.6M:2017 and with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) under 15611:2003.
In addition to individual welding stations, we also have five state-of-the-art robotic welding cells, which enable us to manufacture high-volume parts with unparalleled speed and efficiency. With welding turntables up to 72 inches in diameter, these flexible welding robots allow us to turn out very large or very small components. The systems operate at very high speeds while our certified robotic welding cell pros load, unload, and remove spatter.
